Zammad ruft keine Mails ab

Moin, mag jemand der zammadversierten Menschen (Simon?) mal schauen, warum es keine Mails mehr abruft? In production.log und scheduler*.log fand ich nichts auffälliges, dem Mailserverlog nach loggt es sich aber auch nicht per IMAP ein. Grüße bjo
