Dear Supporter of Digital Freedom,
Tomorrow, Congress will vote on whether to hand the National Security Agency an egregious extension to its spying capabilities, allowing government agents to continue collecting, reading, and even sharing your emails amongst one another—all without needing a warrant.
You have a chance to stop that and to protect your Fourth Amendment right to privacy. Please call your representatives today and tell them that the newest bill to extend NSA spying—which we oppose—must be amended to include the USA Rights Act—which we support. https://act.eff.org/action/our-last-shot-to-rein-in-nsa-spying-in-the-house
The issue at play is Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act, the powerful surveillance authority that results in the NSA's collection of countless Americans' emails, chat logs, and browsing history.
Because of a loophole in Section 702, government agents can read through those collected communications—even when they belong to U.S. persons—without first obtaining a warrant. These are called "backdoor" searches because they skirt the Fourth Amendment's warrant requirement.
The House is about to vote on a proposal to extend Section 702—bill S. 139—without any meaningful fixes to the backdoor search loophole.
But we have one shot left to stop them. The House of Representatives will also be voting on an amendment that would gut the text of S. 139, and replace it with another bill—the USA Rights Act, which EFF is proud to support.
The USA Rights Act amendment would:
• Close the backdoor search loophole, requiring warrants when accessing American communications.
• Codify the end of “about” collection, an invasive type of surveillance that was heavily criticized by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for privacy violations.
• Sunset in four years, giving Congress another chance to revisit and debate NSA surveillance.
S. 139 is disastrous for privacy. We must stop it. This amendment is our best hope. Please, tell your representatives today that they must reject S. 139 unless they pass the USA Rights Act amendment. https://act.eff.org/action/our-last-shot-to-rein-in-nsa-spying-in-the-house

Dear Supporter of Digital Freedom,
We've got one more shot to stop the FCC’s efforts to roll back net neutrality.
Yesterday, the FCC published the order it voted on in December that rolls back the protections that help keep the Internet open and free. Net neutrality--the principal that Internet service providers must treat all data on the Internet equally and not block, throttle, or charge extra or access to it—has been vital to growth of the Internet. The vast majority of Americans support net neutrality as its death only benefits companies like Comcast and AT&T. With the FCC's just-published order (http://transition.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2018/db0104/FCC-17-…), net neutrality is no longer the law.
But just because the FCC has issued an order doesn't mean that the telecom corporations have won. Under the Congressional Review Act, Congress can overrule any regulation issued by a government agency with a simple majority. Once the new rule is published in the federal register and the FCC submits a report to the House and Senate, Congress has a limited period of time to act. So let’s make sure they do.
Ask Congress to stand up for the Internet and overrule the FCC's order and restore Open Internet Order. This is about the future of the Internet as we know it, so let's make sure Congress treats it that way. Please contact your Member of Congress by going here: https://act.eff.org/action/save-the-open-internet-order and tell them to use the Congressional Review Act to save net neutrality.
Thank you,
Katharine Trendacosta

Hallo zusammen,
beheben :D
Viele Grüße,
Stefan
Hi,
Would you be interested in an email lead list of Salesforce customer's? Would it help to acquire business information along with contact details of key profiles and decision makers?
Title includes:
? CMO
? CTO
? CIO
? VP/Director Marketing
? VP/Director Sales
? VP/Director IT
? Salesforce Administrator
The list comes with complete contact information like Contact name, Email address, Title, Company name, Phone number, Mailing address, etc.
I'd be happy to send over few sample records on your request, and set up a time to discuss in detail.
If there is someone else in your organization that I need to speak with, I'd be grateful if you would forward this email to the appropriate contact and help me with the introduction.
Have a great day!
Regards,
Leah Jairus / INF Solutions
