Es kam jetzt mehrfach die Frage nach optimalen Ticketsystemen für uns auf.
In diesem Thread möchte ich gerne unsere Anforderungen an ein Ticketsystem
sammeln.
Mit diesen Anforderungen können wir passende Systeme heraus suchen.
Bzw. auf Leute zugehen die bereits viel Erfahrungen mit der suche nach
einem passenden Ticketsystem haben. Bestimmt hat fkr von Bytemine da
entsprechende Erfahrungen oder auch der Hackerspace in Oldenburg.
Das wäre allerdings step 2.
Meine bisherige Einschätzung an benötigten Anforderungen sind Folgende:
Must have:
1. Dev
--issue tracking (bugs, featueres, etc) Kopplung mit git
2. Orga(projekt)
--projekt gebundende ticket basirte organisation
--Bsp. Schatzmeisterrei, Server administration, usw.
3. Email Integration.
-- support adresse und diese arten.
4. Email Benachrichtigung über neue Tickets
5. Abteilungsorientierte Benachrichtigung.
sprich jemand von dev muss nicht über Support
issuse benachrichtigt werden.
6. User rechte Verwaltung. Nicht jeder darf z.b. in Vorstands foo gucken.
Datenschutz und so.
Nice to have:
1. Bearbeitung von Tickets unabhängig über mail.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn diese liste von euch ergänzt wir falls ihr der
Meinung seid da fehlt uns noch was.

Hi,
ich habe auf srv01.ffnw.de den Cronjob für das auto renew der Letsencrypt
Zertifikate angepasst. Der default Cronjob funktioniert nicht mit Nginx. Der
Renew wird um 04:04 Uhr ausgeführt. Dafür wird der Nginx temporär gestoppt.
+++
04 04 * * * root certbot -q renew --standalone --pre-hook "systemctl stop
nginx" --post-hook "systemctl start nginx"
+++
Falls damit Probleme auftreten ein paar Relevante Dateien:
* /etc/cron.d/certbot
* /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log
